Questions about this course
How does it differ from the two-day format?
The third day, held a few weeks later, changes the nature of the programme. It adds transactional analysis, individual coaching for each participant on their own situations, and a review of what has actually been put into practice. The two-day format provides the tools; this one supports them taking root.
Do I have to share my profile with the group?
Not during the first two days: everyone can keep their profile to themselves. The third day includes a photolanguage exercise in which each participant presents their profile to the others, which requires the group's agreement. It is a powerful sequence and usually much appreciated, but nobody is forced into it.
Is this personal or professional development?
Professional, with tools that naturally spill over into the rest of life. The work focuses on workplace situations, and the individual action plans target professional goals. That participants also gain something elsewhere is a frequent side effect, but it is neither the purpose of the course nor the framework in which it is delivered.
Which methods are used to respond to verbal aggression?
Four methods are covered and practised, each suited to a different situation: a generalisation, a value judgement, a distortion and a frontal attack do not call for the same response. Most of the time goes on practice, because these responses are only useful if they come without thinking, at the moment they are needed.

DISC and Driving Forces
Two days on two complementary instruments: DISC describes how someone behaves, Driving Forces describe what drives them underneath. Each participant receives their individual report and leaves with a strategy for the people they find hardest to work with.

Self-awareness and positive communication
Understand why you communicate the way you do before trying to change anything. Two days: an Enneagram test to place how you operate, then practical techniques to ask, refuse and criticise without attacking.
